Walking into my first Krav Maga studio, I was a bundle of nerves. Force Self-Defense and Fitness in Holden, Massachusetts was a completely new experience for me. I had never thrown a punch in my life, and I had no idea what to expect. But as soon as I stepped into the studio, I knew that I had found my passion.

The community at Force Self-Defense and Fitness was incredible, and the instructors were top-notch. They taught me not just physical training and skills practice, but also the true meaning of martial arts. As I progressed through the ranks and eventually earned my Brown Belt, I had the opportunity to teach and demonstrate my skills to others.

After many years of training and hard work, I finally achieved my ultimate goal of earning a Black Belt. But along the way, I realized that what I really wanted was to create a community of my own. And so, inspired by my experiences in Massachusetts, I founded Fight Club Fitness.

My goal is to create a fun and supportive community where everyone is welcome. Whether you're a seasoned martial artist or a complete beginner, you'll find a home at Fight Club Fitness. I can't wait to share my passion with you and help you achieve your goals. So come join us and be a part of something truly special!

Bobby, Kickboxing & Krav Maga

For the past 11 years, I've been deeply involved in the world of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have to admit, though, that I initially hesitated to try it myself due to my own nerves and doubts.

About 4 years ago, I finally took the leap and started training BJJ.

After putting in two years of hard work under influential BJJ instructors and developing a strong passion for the art, I was promoted to the rank of blue belt.

My husband, who happens to be a black belt in BJJ and a retired Birmingham Police Officer, has been a tremendous support and training partner for me.

BJJ has genuinely had a profound impact on my life, offering a sense of safety and preparedness. I hope that by sharing my knowledge and experiences, I can empower other women to feel more confident and capable in navigating the challenges of the world.
