Membership Policies

Do you require contracts?
No. Fight Club Fitness does not require long-term contracts. Memberships are month-to-month.

Can I train in multiple programs?
Yes. Members can attend any classes included in their membership based on the current schedule.

Is there a sign-up fee?
Some programs include a one-time sign-up fee to cover starter equipment or onboarding. Details are explained before enrollment.

Billing

When are memberships billed?
Memberships are billed on the 1st of each month.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure billing system.

What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, our system will notify you so it can be resolved quickly and without interruption.

Cancellations

How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellations require a 30-day notice. Requests can be submitted by contacting the gym directly.

Can I pause my membership?
Temporary pauses may be available for travel, injury, or other circumstances. Please contact us to discuss options.

What to Wear

What should I wear to my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing such as a t-shirt and shorts or leggings. Avoid clothing with zippers or sharp elements.

Do I need special equipment to start?
No. Beginner students do not need equipment for their first class. Starter gear is provided or discussed during signup if needed.

Parking

Is parking available at the gym?
Yes. Free parking is available at the Crestwood Festival Center where Fight Club Fitness is located.

Is the gym easy to find?
Yes. We are located at 7001 Crestwood Blvd, Suite 614, Birmingham, AL 35210. Look for the Crestwood Festival Center signage.

First Visit Expectations

What should I expect on my first visit?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in. A coach will walk you through the class, answer questions, and help you feel comfortable.

Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Classes are beginner-friendly, and training can be scaled to all fitness levels.

Can I watch a class before joining?
Yes. You are welcome to observe a class if you would like before participating.
