How Our Kickboxing Classes Run

  • Wednesdays: Heavy bag and pad training to develop power, combinations, and striking accuracy

  • Fridays: Fight Night style training, where we work on tactics, movement, and situational sparring drills in a controlled, safe environment

  • Saturdays: Fundamental-focused kickboxing classes with a strong boxing-based approach. These sessions emphasize clean technique, footwork, timing, and controlled sparring in a polished, technical training environment.

Saturday classes are led by Coach Rico, whose boxing-focused instruction helps students refine fundamentals with precision and control.

This weekly structure allows students to improve fitness, striking ability, and confidence while training with purpose instead of randomness..
