How Our Kickboxing Classes Run
Our kickboxing program at Fight Club Fitness is structured like a real fight camp, with each day of the week focused on a specific training goal. This approach helps students build skills progressively while keeping training organized and effective.
Mondays: Calisthenics and pad work, focusing on conditioning, technique, and endurance
Wednesdays: Heavy bag and pad training to develop power, combinations, and striking accuracy
Fridays: Fight Night style training, where we work on tactics, movement, and situational sparring drills in a controlled, safe environment
Saturdays: Fundamental-focused kickboxing classes with a strong boxing-based approach. These sessions emphasize clean technique, footwork, timing, and controlled sparring in a polished, technical training environment.
Saturday classes are led by Coach Rico, whose boxing-focused instruction helps students refine fundamentals with precision and control.
This weekly structure allows students to improve fitness, striking ability, and confidence while training with purpose instead of randomness..
